Hello!  My name is Brandi Manning.  It is with great pleasure that I welcome you and your child to my classroom!  I am so happy to be here!  This is my first year at UH and I am looking forward to a very exciting, rewarding, and enjoyable school year!  I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood Development.  In 2006, I completed the Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification Program at Midwestern University.  I have taught first grade for the past 7 years.  I have also taught Kindergarten (8 years), third grade (1 year), and been a Director of Daycare (5 years).  My husband and I have been married for 26 years.  We have three daughters - a TTU graduate who is in the Air Force, an LCU Chap Cheerleader, and a TTU student.  We also have a 4-year-old Yorkie, Ellie.
