Welcome!
My name is Heather Dowell and this is my tenth year teaching. I am so happy to be teaching in Frenship ISD here at Upland Heights! My husband and I are originally from Houston and love living life here in Lubbock. I previously taught 3 years of kindergarten in Houston and this will be my seventh year teaching 1st grade here in Lubbock. I have two young children, Grace who is 6 years old and Cooper who is 4. I look forward to getting to know your family!

Specials
My class will split this year so groups of students will be sent with other classes for specials. First grade also gets bonus time on Friday and will go to specials during our scheduled time at 2:15.
