Hi UH! My name is Dayna Paul, and I am a 1st grade teacher at Upland Heights. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Idaho with a degree in University Studies and a minor in Education. I joined the UH family in 2025. 

When I am not at school you can usually find me at home reading a book, at my kid's Brazilian Jiujitsu gym, and spending time with my family and pets. 

The best part of being at UH is how supportive everyone is and the desire to help students reach their potential. I am excited for another wonderful year of learning, growing, and making memories with our UH family!
