Taylor Revilla, Frenship Alum and Community Librarian at the City of Wolfforth Library, was honored with the Siddie Joe Johnson Award, a statewide recognition celebrating outstanding service to children in Texas Libraries. Each year, only one librarian in the state is selected to receive this distinguished honor.
Earlier this month, the Frenship High School Chess Club made school history by earning the title of JV State Champions at the 2026 Texas Chess Association Super State Tournament. Following their standout performance, the six-member team is now set to compete on the national stage at the USCF National Chess Tournament in Chicago on March 27.
