Hi, UH! My name is Allyson Theis, and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Upland Heights. I graduated from North Dakota State University in 2019 and joined the UH family in 2025. When I'm not at school you can find me outside! I also love reading, watching football (especially the Minnesota Vikings), and spending time with my husband and two kids! The best part of being at UH is the amazing community. I'm excited for another wonderful year of learning, growing, and making memories with our UH Family!
