Hi, UH! My name is Ciara Tovar, and I am the 4th grade math teacher at Upland Heights. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in education and joined the UH family in 2026.

When I'm not at school, you can usually find me reading books or walking my dog. I also love traveling to new places and trying new foods.

The best part of being at UH is the supportive and uplifting atmosphere. I'm excited for another wonderful year of learning, growing, and making memories with our UH family!
