My name is Heather Dowell, and I am a first-grade teacher here at Upland Heights. I am a graduate of University of Houston and began my teaching career in 2014. I previously taught 3 years of kindergarten in Houston before moving to Lubbock. I have two young children who are also a part of big cat country!
