My name is Jessica Felts-Sax. My family and I are new to Texas after my husband spent the past 5 years working in the area and we love it! I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2015 with my BA in Behavioral Science and Elementary Education. 

I taught 6 years teaching 4^th grade, Kindergarten and Special Education in Colorado; I have been teaching Pre-K here at Upland Heights Elementary since 2024. This will be a fun and exciting year for all of us, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. 

I live with my husband John and our 4 kids. We have a small farm that includes: 6 dogs, 5 goats, 13 cows, an alpaca, a horse, and a bunch of chickens! 

When not teaching or farming I enjoy spending free time with my family; camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and riding our off- road toys.
