My name is Ms. McNeill, and I am one of the 3rd grade reading teacher at Upland Heights. I am a Frenship graduate, and a graduate from Angelo State University. I love to spend time with family in the mountains. This will be my 8th year of teaching, and I am excited to start another great year of teaching. This is a great school, and I cannot wait for another great year.
