My name is Denise Stewart and I've been with Frenship since 2005.  

A little about myself…I was born and raised in Amarillo, TX.  I moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University.  I graduated from Texas Tech University with my bachelor’s degree and then taught 1st, 4th, and 5th grade.  I then earned my Masters in Administration from Lubbock Christian University.  I have served as an assistant principal at Westwind and Crestview Elementary.  I have served as a principal at Willow Bend Elementary and now Upland Heights Elementary. 

My husband's name is Mike and he also serves as an administrator in Lubbock ISD.  We've been married since 2003.  We have three kiddos.  All three attend Frenship schools and love it.  Our kids keep us busy with sports, dance, and church activities.  

I love spending time with my family, going to the movies, eating out, traveling, shopping, or attending Texas Tech football games.  I am a huge Red Raider fan! 

This upcoming year is going to be an exciting time as we continue to create the culture, climate, and learning experiences together.  I thank you in advance for your support.
